Johari 360
Open Windows is launching its third Internet-based feed back tool. It is a new type of 360-degree Johari survey in which all members of the group give feedback to each other. Former 360-degree surveys have been about feedback to one person from the manager, lateral and subordinate employees. Here, everyone in the group give and get feedback.
This survey has only two questions. The questions in the survey are the core issues for good communication and are selected based on our extensive experience of team communication and team development.
Our experience is that the results as they here are presented to the participants both drives personal development and team development forward. Press the link below to see how the results are presented to a participant.
Try our 360 survey at no cost. Just log on to the website, make sure that the group members want to participate in the survey. Voluntariness is required. Edit the target group including email addresses to the participants. Start a 360 survey and press the send button at the bottom of the page. You will see the results as soon as the participants have answered the questions in the survey.
